$17/hr - $19/hrTEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The primary responsibility will be processing incoming returned mail and updating customer information accurately in their systems.

Responsibilities
Sorting, opening, and reviewing documents and customer information in the Jack Henry Xperience system
Determining whether to flag accounts for bad addresses
Sending customer template letters and Change of Address (COA) forms when USPS provides updated information
Remailing documents if the address has been updated since the original mailing
Documenting customer numbers and dates, then scanning for archival in the department drive
Handle 50–150 pieces of mail daily
Update addresses in the system accurately
Utilize Word, Excel, and Jack Henry Xperience
Operate Konica MFD for scanning and archiving
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
Experience with Jack Henry Xperience preferred
