New Grad, Entry LevelZatkoff Seals & Packings is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with and support customers as well as Technical Sales Representatives. The role involves providing support via various communication channels, managing customer accounts, and assisting with product orders and inquiries.

Responsibilities
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services
Collects and enters orders for new or additional products
Assists the Technical Sales Representative with price negotiation and contract review
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned Technical Sales Representative or other appropriate staff
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
Monitor inventory levels for specific customer products
Project management in conjunction with Technical Sales Representative
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Experience reading blueprints preferred
Experience in the rubber, seal, or gasket industry preferred
Technical math and mechanical skills preferred
