The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee and manage financial operations, including developing and executing financial strategies, preparing financial reports, and leading efforts to mature revenue streams.

Responsibilities
Preparing financial reports, budgeting, tax records, and other documentation
Secure early funding to mature self-sustaining revenue streams
Build out the CFO role to balance CEO responsibilities
Develop relationships with legal counsel for future retention
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Strategies
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and use financial data for impactful decision-making
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Thorough understanding of regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred
Experience in the communications or technology industry is an advantage
