Responsibilities

Own and drive our long-term social growth strategy from defining the role of each channel to shaping a distinctive, recognisable tone of voice and developing clear content pillars and creative concepts
Build out our creator ecosystem: identify and nurture a network of creators and ambassadors (with a strong focus on TikTok formats), set up repeatable UGC pipelines, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality short-form video content
Craft a coherent brand narrative across all social platforms, producing emotionally engaging stories that build trust, interest, and long-term affinity with our audience
Run fast, continuous content cycles, with a strong emphasis on short-form video: brief and guide SMM and content producers, manage internal and external creative resources, and keep the production engine moving
Constantly experiment with new formats and ideas, analyse performance, and double down on what works, turning insights into repeatable playbooks for growth
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Growth, Brand, and Analytics teams to launch joint projects that amplify brand impact and improve user engagement
Evolve the structure and ways of working of the Social Growth team as we scale, making sure we have the right roles, skills, and processes in place to match our ambitions

Required

Creative vision & cultural fluency: Deep understanding of social platforms, formats, trends, humour, emotions, and storytelling. Ability to shape a social identity that feels alive and culturally relevant
Social-first brand building: Experience developing or scaling social-first or creator-led brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and similar platforms
Creator economy & UGC: Hands-on experience working with creators, ambassadors, or UGC pipelines; understanding of collaboration models and what makes creator content perform
High-velocity content environments: Comfort working in fast content cycles, especially short-form video, with frequent testing and iteration
Consumer / wellness / lifestyle background: Experience in consumer apps, wellness, health & fitness, or lifestyle categories is a strong plus
Leadership & systems thinking: Experience building or optimising content processes, workflows, or small teams; ability to think in scalable systems rather than one-off content
Speed & experimentation mindset: Ability to work through rapid loops, combining creative instinct with performance data
Cross-functional collaboration: Comfort collaborating with Product, Marketing, Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams, with an understanding of how content supports metrics like activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
