Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day workflow of marketing projects and campaigns
Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and external vendors
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches
Ensure all marketing assets meet deadlines and brand quality standards
Prepare status reports, meeting presentations and summaries, and project documentation
Identify and set up an appropriate project management system if required to support project planning and tracking
Help identify process improvements to make marketing operations more efficient
Conduct light research on marketing trends, competitors, and performance metrics as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with marketing project management or collaboration tools
A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to shifting priorities
Interest in marketing operations, campaign planning, or digital marketing
