Responsibilities

Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end to end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams

Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (ie: digital, direct mail, statements etc)

Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery

Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time

Required

Bachelor's degree or military experience

At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients

At least 3 years of Process or Project Management experience

Exhibit outstanding influencing, collaboration and organizational skills to effectively drive intent delivery

Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management skills, bringing the ability to thrive in gray space and quickly putting structure in place to manage a complex roadmap of deliverables

Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence as needed

Can manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining excellent and accurate work

Has an interest, and ideally experience, in Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery platform
