Responsibilities

Lead a product team spanning the Machine Learning and Generative AI platforms at Capital One

Responsible for the core platform services for AI/ML platform that powers mission critical business applications

Partner with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor platform performance, identify issues, and support resilience

Set the strategy and priorities grounded in technical understanding and user experience

Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions

Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence

Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value

Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
