Responsibilities
You will be working with a cross-functional team to help customers unlock the most value from their accounts
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers can fund and get set up after account opening, and for making sure we continue to meet their needs in the moments that matter to them
Part of your job will be to figure out where and how we can optimize and personalize our experiences by leveraging real-time, intelligent data and running experiments
Your work will be at the intersection of our customer and business goals, challenging you to unleash a multi-discipline product craft combining business strategy, design best practices, data science, emerging technology, and a platform mindset
You’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
