They are seeking a high-performance Business Development professional to source, qualify, and close new business opportunities across multiple verticals in a commission-only, fully remote role.
Responsibilities
Identify, source, and close new business opportunities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects effectively
Pitch DreamTech’s services with confidence and clarity
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and client needs
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or partnerships
Strong lead generation and closing experience
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Experience selling high-value services or solutions
Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Extremely confident on calls and in negotiations
Knows how to control conversations and close deals
Self-motivated, disciplined, and outcome-driven
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Willing and able to travel when necessary
Preferred
Background in technology, startups, AI, blockchain, or digital services is a strong plus
CRM experience is helpful but not required
