This position will be responsible for assisting the Accounting and Human Resources Departments with: facilitating the organization, filing and daily operations of the office; composing and sending correspondences; facilitating and assisting with the development and securing of contracts; entering financial data into the Accounting software system; coordinating the usage and tracking of phones, fuel cards and state vehicles; being an authorized purchaser for the facility by maintaining and tracking expenses with a state purchase card; reserving hotel rooms for employees traveling for state business; and registering of employees for conferences and training opportunities
