Responsibilities
Establish and maintain digital systems, primarily Veeva Clinical Vault applications
Manage user access requests and system maintenance in eTMF
Collaborate with business and system owners to ensure teams are trained and systems are fully utilized
Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to maximize digital system functionality
Partner with vendors and subject matter experts on training, QMS documentation, and validation activities
Identify improvement opportunities and support enhancement roadmaps for digital systems
Organize and deliver training sessions and workshops focused on digital systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (scientific, healthcare, or technology field preferred)
5+ years of experience in clinical-related technology within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, GxP compliance, Trial Master File regulations, FDA/ICH guidelines, and 21 C.F.R. Part 11
Hands-on experience with Veeva Clinical Vault (end user, business, or system admin)
Excellent project management, training, and mentoring skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred
Ability to interface with CROs and software vendors effectively
Passion for digital systems and technology with strong IT literacy
A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
