Responsibilities

Install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals, configure operating system, load shrink-wrap programs and other application software programs

Troubleshoot user issues

Contribute to process development within the functional area and where the functional area connects to other operational processes

Work closely with team members to solve technical problems in a timely fashion

Qualification

Required

Active Secret Clearance

CompTIA A+ or better

2 years minimum experience

Strong collaboration and teaming skills

2+ years of IT technical support experience
