Responsibilities
Manage and analyze key risk metrics within the organization
Identifies negative trends and support business partners in root cause analysis and action planning
Acts as a liaison for assigned teams when undergoing regulatory exams, internal compliance reviews and internal audits
Actively participates in team oriented efforts
Managing multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
Coordinating work between multiple areas and working on multiple projects simultaneously; leveraging/influencing business partners to drive results
Completing risk event management and recovery process documentation while adhering to Enterprise Risk Managements Risk Event Management Standards
Initiating and executing process improvements and leveraging other team members when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of Risk management experience
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience in Project or process management
At least 2 year of experience in Risk Management
At least 2 years of experience in Presentation/Communication
At least 1 year of experience in Change management
