Responsibilities

Define high level requirements and drive end-to-end product planning aligning with cross functional
Observe build execution including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, identifying blocker
Manage stakeholder updates, such as status reporting, risk/issue escalation, readiness communication
Partner with operations, client communications and launch readiness team
Enable continuous product improvement through structured feedback loops, product insights, and cross functional learning

Required

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred

Experience in payments, card networks, card lifecycle
Familiarity with card-on-file, recurring payments, and token
Ability to influence cross functional teams like technology, operations, go to market in fast-paced, iterative delivery environments
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
2+ years of experience in Agile product management
