Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on manual and automatic transmissions
Remove, disassemble, repair, and reassemble transmission units
Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify issues
Inspect and test vehicle drivability, shifting performance, and related systems
Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs, timelines, and estimates
Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency
Qualification
Required
2+ years of dedicated transmission repair experience preferred
Advanced mechanical knowledge of transmission systems (including CVT, automatic, and dual-clutch)
Skilled in diagnosing drivetrain, clutch, and torque converter issues
Proficiency in electronic diagnostic equipment and transmission-specific tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive for excellence
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
