Responsibilities
Candidate shall be eligible to register with NCEES and become registered in other states through reciprocity
Be proficient with site lighting/photometric software
Be proficient with specifying stand-by, emergency power systems
Candidate is expected to engage with production, perform PM duties, mentor others, delegate responsibilities, travel to site and/or meet client for information gathering
Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer
Background in Electrical Engineering
minimum 5 years' experience in the MEP consulting industry
Shall have experience with the following markets: Commercial Office, K-12, Retail, Food Service, Warehousing, Multi-Family, Automotive Repair Garages, Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare (any construction regulated by TexAdminCode and/or Facility Guideline Institute)
Be proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
Be capable of designing the following: Electrical incoming service for a building (MDP, meter bank, raceway, XFR), Interior lighting & receptacles and documents lighting & controls with ComCheck, Stand-by Emergency generator or UPS system, Site lighting & photometrics
Candidate shall be eligible to register with NCEES and become registered in other states through reciprocity
