Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or A Master's Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect Required
Technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD
15-25 years of experience
Knowledge of building and life safety codes
Must be able to review and edit technical specifications
Self-starter; Ability to multi-task, create and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets
Collaborative personality to excel in team situations is essential
Proven ability to manage clients and meet their expectations
Proficiency and project experience utilizing support software Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, and Revit, Newforma Project and Information Management software
Preferred
Experience with Historic Preservation is a plus
