Responsibilities
Lead healthcare design projects from concept to completion
Guide internal teams and collaborate with consultants and agencies
Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality reviews
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams
Build client relationships and pursue new project leads
Mentor staff and foster a culture of growth and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Professional Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture degree holder
Strong project management experience
A proactive leader who communicates with clarity
Skilled in construction, code compliance, and client relations
Someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Preferred
