Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global employee communications strategy that supports business objectives and enhances employee engagement across all regions
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including the C-suite, crafting compelling messaging and communication plans for key initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership visibility
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of communications professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Oversee the development and integration of multi-channel communications platforms (e.g., intranet, email, video, podcasts, town halls, digital signage, mobile apps) to ensure consistent and effective messaging
Establish KPIs and leverage analytics to assess communication effectiveness and continuously improve employee engagement metrics on an annual basis
Partner with HR, IT, and other functions to support various programs and change initiatives through clear, empathetic, and timely communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote company culture and our core values centered on Integrity, Care, Courage, Excellence, and Resilience

Required

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in employee/internal communications, preferably within large, global organizations
At least 10 years of experience managing teams and leading strategic communications initiatives
Demonstrated success in working directly with C-suite executives
Expertise in developing and executing global, multi-channel communications strategies
Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
Experience with communications technologies and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Zoom, Aprimo, Workvivo, etc.)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

Preferred

Master's degree preferred but not required
