Start in 2026 SummerEversource Energy is seeking a 2026 Summer GIS Intern to join their GIS Records Group. The internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining GIS databases and involves assisting with data projects, editing GIS data, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities
Assist with data projects based on current need of the GIS Group
Edit GIS data based on work orders, as-builts and other records
Consult multiple data sources to reconcile data errors
Accompany team members on field checks
Practice good communication and team work
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems or related field
Experience with editing data in ArcGIS such as creating, updating and deleting vector features and associated attribute data
Basic experience with SQL queries for attribute querying and data management, ability to manipulate data in Excel
Must be available to start May 27th for a minimum of 12 weeks
