Responsibilities

Manage social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), including organic content, paid content and data/reporting, in alignment to thought leadership strategy and objectives
Drive the amplification of large-scale thought leadership storytelling and event initiatives
Lead internal communications for a senior leader, drafting messaging for strategy updates, organizational changes and associate engagement, among other initiatives
Develop and execute an executive-level video strategy—directing how it comes to life both internally and externally
Contribute to our internal associate storytelling strategy and initiatives
Partner cross-functionally on key projects and initiatives with the ability to manage input from a variety of stakeholders and drive results
Openly and actively contribute as a member of the Financial Services Communications team and Thought Leadership pod, identifying key opportunities and taking the lead on developing content and solutions that address needs
Highly effective communications skills with outstanding writing abilities, including the ability to draft content in the style and voice of leaders

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, social media management or writing
At least 2 years of experience in communication and social media strategy development for executive leaders
Manage social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), including organic content, paid content and data/reporting, in alignment to thought leadership strategy and objectives
Drive the amplification of large-scale thought leadership storytelling and event initiatives
Lead internal communications for a senior leader, drafting messaging for strategy updates, organizational changes and associate engagement, among other initiatives
Develop and execute an executive-level video strategy—directing how it comes to life both internally and externally

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or Journalism
2+ years of experience in financial services, technology, or similar organization
6+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing or writing
3+ years experience managing social media channels for executive leaders
2+ years of experience editing using AP Style
