Responsibilities
Work with firm leadership on the development of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including identifying and editing standardized content from existing templates, development of new content, printing, binding, and ensuring timely delivery of materials
Assist as needed in preparation of interviews and other presentations
Ability to maintain a website with new projects and staff, etc
Ability to build and maintain a social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
InDesign proficiency required
Strong writing and editing skills
Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) is required
Ability to perform well in high-paced and team environments
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong ability to take direction and adhere to set deadlines and guidelines
Preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
Ability to utilize AI for written material a plus
Graphic design sense for content and layout
