Responsibilities

Guide leaders and associates through navigating behavioral and performance related issues

Execute critical HR processes and policies within the FInancial Services division; Help people leaders understand how to support themselves on their most common needs

Plan and execute FS Specific S&G experiences like Onboarding, FS cross-functional training programs

Support HRBPs and Financial Services leaders on ad hoc projects and programs

Partner with associate relations and other key partner groups while providing this guidance to leaders and associates

Provide updates to partners and HRBPs on themes within their partner group and make recommendations on where we may streamline our support model

Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements

Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc
