Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure community needs are met
Qualification
Required
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Previous call center, customer service, or community service experience
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to commute daily to Kearny Mesa, San Diego
Preferred
Experience working with non-profits, social services, or community-based programs
Familiarity with CRM or call-tracking systems
