They are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team and help deliver individualized supports through home, telehealth, and clinic-based treatment.

Responsibilities

Serving a caseload of individual clients and supervising assistant specialists and behavior technicians using a mix of in-person and telehealth service delivery models

Providing training for parents and other direct care staff as needed

Participating in collaborative projects and professional development, including case reviews and research analysis

Required

Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment settings (autism services preferred)

Experience providing clinical oversight to others

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state)

Must possess your own reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of insurance, registration, a valid driver's license and meet all other compliance requirements for hire

Must be Arizona-based OR in the relocation process
