Deliver timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for non-emergent pediatric illnesses and injuries

Apply sound clinical judgment to determine appropriate interventions, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care plans

Clearly and compassionately educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps

Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of patient encounters in compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards

Serve as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Clinicians, providing oversight, guidance, and support in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards
