Level 1 computer knowledge, basic troubleshooting of onsite user related needs
Basic Networking knowledge, Office365, basic software installation, customer service skills, basic computer installation, basic account and client relationship management
Assisting higher level engineers with their tasks, will also be continually taught additional skills by existing team members
VPN, Networking, VLANs, Routers, Switching, Windows OS Upgrades, Virtual Machines, VoiP Phone systems, Medical Office support - Any of these are daily activity and are a plus if known
