Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that enable highly personalized customer experiences
Develop predictive algorithms using large-scale customer, web, and transactional data
Apply advanced modeling techniques including training, evaluation, validation, and production implementation
Identify and design experimentation and testing strategies to continuously improve model performance
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Translate complex analytical insights into clear, compelling narratives that influence business decisions
Contribute to analytics best practices, mentor peers, and elevate the data science community
Qualification
Required
Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, R, Scala, or similar languages
1–2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data mining, and statistical modeling
1–2+ years of hands-on experience in cloud computing and data lake environments
Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for applying advanced analytics to real-world business challenges
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
Experience with recommender systems, search algorithms, or personalization engines
Background operationalizing models for web or digital product integration
