The intern will assist the Planning & Scheduling team in ensuring project phases are completed efficiently and on schedule, while learning to use Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Assist the Planning & Scheduling team to ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

Learn how to use and apply the Primavera P6 tool used for planning and scheduling capital projects in Eversource

Work closely with personnel throughout the Eversource Company during project lifecycle that includes departments such as project management, asset management, estimating, engineering, siting, permitting, and procurement

Assist with updating project schedules and evaluate and report on project performance

Assist in determining root causes for performance variances focused on corrective actions and process improvement
