Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end fundraising across global investors
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with LPs, handling origination, negotiation, and closing
Partner closely with portfolio managers and leadership to craft compelling narratives on strategy, performance, and market outlook
Represent the firm at high-profile conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings worldwide
Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of prospective investors
Qualification
Required
A proven investor relations/fundraising professional with experience running the full IR process
Hands-on experience in long/short equity
Demonstrated success in raising capital and closing high-value commitments
A confident, dynamic communicator who thrives under pressure and enjoys being in the spotlight with top-tier allocators
Global perspective and flexibility to travel extensively
