Responsibilities

Supports and assists all HR functions, including Corporate HR, Westfield Plant HR, Benefits, Safety, and Talent Management

Assists all employees with their questions and concerns

Oversees the company HR Dashboard and completes the company wide hourly staffing reporting

Administers invoices and collaborates with Accounts Payable

Coordinates and plans company recognition and events including administration of employee gifts and clothing

Manages company communications including the Westfield employee newsletter & SharePoint site

Performs clerical duties as needed (typing, sorting mail, filing, etc.)
