Responsibilities
Responsible for facilities project management and overall delivery of projects to Essentia Health operations across multiple sites
Partners and coordinates with leadership, support, and operational teams in the planning, development, design, and execution of various facilities initiatives
Provides project level oversight and participates in all facilities project service aspects including the establishment and continual monitoring of scope, budget and schedule, procurement of outside vender services, delegation of responsibilities, monitoring of project process and the timely completion of project closeout
Works jointly with other facilities operational areas on implementation of the organization’s capital initiatives
Assists with defining facilities project strategies that are consistent with Essentia Health’s strategies, policies and procedures, mission, values and goals
Must be able to manage and organize a large workload for timely completion of projects through the programming, approval, design, construction, occupancy, and project close out phases
Able to effectively manage projects that may require committee approvals, sensitive projects, and must require coordination and interaction with a diverse group of departments, vendors, and Industry Partners for successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree required in Architecture, Engineering (any discipline), Project Management, Construction Management
5 years experience in project management, process improvement and Lean/six sigma related work
Must be able to manage and organize a large workload for timely completion of projects through the programming, approval, design, construction, occupancy, and project close out phases
Able to effectively manage projects that may require committee approvals, sensitive projects, and must require coordination and interaction with a diverse group of departments, vendors, and Industry Partners for successful project delivery
Must live in/near Duluth (MN), Brainerd (MN) or Fargo (ND)
Preferred
Demonstrated work in Facilities (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, and Healthcare) preferred
