Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including sales, vendor, licensing, and partnership contracts

Commercial Transactions: Advise on and support commercial transactions, ensuring they align with applicable laws and regulatory requirements

Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Evaluate legal risks arising from commercial activities and develop practical strategies to mitigate those risks

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company’s commercial operations adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory standards

Legal Counseling & Business Support: Provide timely, business-oriented legal guidance on commercial matters and partner with internal teams to advance strategic initiatives
