Responsibilities
Operating as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with partners year over year
Achieving weekly call goals and monthly/quarterly sales targets
Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential partners
Leading, managing, and holding accountable your assigned Junior Account Manager(s)
Ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional service
Performing additional tasks as assigned to support business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Proven sales and/or customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
Ability to maintain a customer-focused mindset while driving business results
Preferred
Experience with Sage 100 (ERP) preferred
