Responsibilities
Enter and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy
Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling
Schedule callback interviews, gather interview evaluations, and prepare review packets
Support candidate follow-up and communication efforts
Assist with the planning and execution of offer receptions
Collaborate with law school student groups to support recruiting initiatives
Support all stages of 1L, 2L, 3L, clerk, and LLM recruiting and hiring
Helps create:
Attorney spotlight features
Culture videos
“Day in the Life” content
Testimonials
Supports recruiting-focused posts on:
LinkedIn
Law school platforms
Career pages
Ensures job postings are:
Branded
Engaging
Written in the firm’s voice (Not just generic HR listings)
Helps market:
On-campus recruiting efforts
Summer associate programs
Firm open houses
Career fairs
Works with marketing on:
Booth materials
Event branding
Follow-up campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of one year of work experience at a mid-sized or large law firm, career services or other professional services industry is preferred
Proficiency in the use of computer programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to recognize confidential information and to maintain confidentiality of such information
Ability to work efficiently independently as well as within a team
Highly motivated with strong initiative skills
