The Lead Planner is responsible for managing client relationships, vendor communications, and event execution, ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the planning and wedding day process.
Events Services
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead planner for assigned clients, guiding them through the planning process
Manage ongoing communication with clients and vendors via email and phone
Create, maintain, and execute detailed wedding day timelines
Collaborate with the CEO and Operations Director on planning updates and event readiness
Prepare assistants with clear expectations, logistics, and timelines ahead of wedding day
Complete additional planning responsibilities as assigned
Act as the primary point of contact for the couple, vendors, and VIPs
Lead and supervise assistants throughout the wedding day
Oversee event setup of ceremony and reception spaces
Orchestrate the ceremony, including processional timing and music cues
Manage reception flow, announcements, toasts, and formalities
Monitor event atmosphere (lighting, music, guest flow, overall energy)
Distribute gratuities and support vendors as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues calmly and professionally
Support leadership with additional duties as needed
Qualification
Required

Confident communicator with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Ability to work weekends
