Responsibilities

Management company: Combination/consolidation accounting and financial reporting

GP entities: Combination/consolidation accounting and financial reporting

FP&A: Assist with budgeting and forecasting process

Assist with tax compliance work for the management company and GP investors including allocations

Treasury: work on wires and bank reconciliations

A/P: manage process to ensure vendors are paid timely

Work closely with Management, Acquisitions, Accounting and Investor Relations teams

Qualification

Private equity fund accountingTax compliance experienceExcel proficiencyProject management skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

3 to 7 years of experience working as a tax accountant, management company accountant, legal entity controller or corporate accountant at an alternative investment fund

3 to 5 years of relevant experience ideally with some public accounting experience

Knowledge of legal entity or private equity fund accounting is a plus

Tax compliance experience is a plus

Strong project, process and people management skills

Able to multitask, take initiative and work well in a team-oriented small company environment

Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems, a plus

Personal and professional integrity of the highest level

Strong interpersonal skills
