Continuously evaluating methods to improve operational performance
Supporting pilot production initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Process Design and Process Control to efficiently develop and optimize manufacturing processes
Plan and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities for manufacturing processes and equipment
Support validation and qualification of manufacturing software and automated systems used in production, inspection, testing, or data acquisition
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Knowledge of industry regulations and experience with medical device manufacturing is a plus
