Responsibilities

Provides accounting support for the Health System and subsidiaries working with the various accountants and Director of Finance

Prepares monthly journal entries and helps maintain the integrity of the general ledger used to issue financial statements for hospital and related entities, by applying appropriate accounting theory and knowledge to all aspects of work

Maintains a working knowledge of the Accounts Payable System, fixed asset system and is familiar with Patient Accounting System
