Responsibilities
Edit video content that aligns with marketing goals and brand identity, using storytelling techniques to captivate
Organize and coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available
Collaborate with videographers, marketing team members, and other departments to plan and execute
Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, and sound design, to create polished, professional videos
Contribute creative ideas for new content and improvements to production
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Excellent communication and teamwork
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related
3+ years of video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Preferred
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort
Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or related
Knowledge of the latest video production trends and technology
