Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain software applications, specifically those supporting environmental and water-related functions
Identify data flows, dependencies, and technical requirements to ensure a seamless transition between infrastructures
Build and optimize complex SQL statements and stored procedures to handle large-scale environmental data
Develop and execute manual and automated software test cases to ensure robust and reliable application performance
Work alongside Business Analysts and technical teams to gather functional requirements and mentor junior developers

Qualification

SQLASP.NET.NETC#Water Quality/Safety SystemsHTMLCSSAnalytical Mindset

Required

8+ Years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer, specifically on government IT projects
8+ Years of expert-level experience in SQL (building/optimizing statements and stored procedures)
3+ Years of experience supporting Water Quality/Safety Information Systems (highly preferred)
Strong Technical Stack: Working knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET, C#, HTML, and CSS
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and organize complex technical data logically
