Responsibilities
Manage the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the Company’s service standards and brand attribute
Ensure compliance with all local and federal Health, safety, and building codes and maintain accurate record keeping of department activities and document
Leverage programs to maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures and oversee preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairs/replacement of equipment
Provide input and manage levels of inventory and all purchases for parts, tools, equipment
Provide leadership skills during an emergency, 402, waterflow or any other situation
Provides the training necessary to ensure optimum job performance
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Provides the training necessary to ensure optimum job performance
At least 2 years of Facilities supervisory experience
At least 3 years of functional Facilities experience and/or equivalent technical education
Must be 21 years of age
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to obtain the following: Nevada Driver's License
Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality
Prolonged sitting/standing
Bending and reaching
Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 25 lbs
Eye/hand coordination
Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions
Preferred
Comprehensive background knowledge and experience in all aspects of Facilities operations and maintenance
Knowledge of repair and preventative maintenance of facilities assigned equipment
Experience in electrical distribution systems and emergency generators
Experience with Kitchen equipment
Experience with Refrigeration and HVAC
Experience with Central Plant operations to include operation of the Building Automation
Experience with Guest service recovery and Tower related repairs
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, other related field of equivalent work experience
Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications
