Providing exceptional customer service to vendors, manufacturers, staff and customers
Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders
Assign service calls, change/work orders to proper parties for handling
Communicate updates via email
Proficient with Windows OS, Word, Excel willing to learn WHM systems
Warehouse experience required
3-5 years customer service experience required
Ability to self teach and learn new systems
Passion to learn and grow self knowledge
Better than average computer skills
Advanced communication skills
3-5 years customer service in a warehouse environment
