Qualification
Required
Strong skills in client communication, relationship building, and interpersonal engagement
Understanding of financial products, insurance, and wellness programs
Sales, marketing, and customer acquisition experience
Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Adaptability to a remote work environment with the ability to work independently
Basic proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to sales and marketing
A valid license in life insurance sales or willingness to obtain one
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial industries is a plus but not required
