Responsibilities

Proven experience managing high-end, amenity-rich communities with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experience
Familiarity with managing both residential and commercial components within a single property or development
Experience managing large-scale budgets
Ability to analyze and report on financial performance, ROP of marketing channels, and operational efficiency
Skilled at balancing competing priorities and aligning diverse expectations to meet community goals
Ability to take direction from and effectively collaborate with multiple investors, stakeholders, including ownership groups, asset managers, VPs, executives, vendors, and internal teams
Demonstrate ability to lead and execute property initiatives such as lease-up strategies
Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing effective, timely solutions that align with ownership goals and resident satisfaction
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in Yardi (Required); Knowledge in Yardi CRM, Yardi Procure to Pay, SmartRent, Elevated Living, Alloy, Updater, and Site Plan
Flexible Schedule – Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Customer service mindset with a proactive approach

Required

Proven experience managing high-end, amenity-rich communities with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experience
Familiarity with managing both residential and commercial components within a single property or development
Experience managing large-scale budgets

Minimum of 4 years' experience managing multi-Family residential properties
Minimum of 2 Years' experience of Lease-up experience in a multi-family or mixed-use environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in Yardi (Required)
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
Flexible Schedule – Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Customer service mindset with a proactive approach
