Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security programs; report KPIs monthly
Develop and execute long-range technology and cybersecurity strategies
Ensure system availability, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and IT projects to deliver on time and within scope
Champion automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Build and mentor a high-performing team; promote continuous learning
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in IT or cybersecurity
Expertise in cloud environments, networking, security protocols, and enterprise systems (Symitar/EASE preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
