Responsibilities
Build a high-performance culture where winning is the standard
Coach, mentor, and collaborate daily with the CSR and Operations teams to smash booking targets and revenue goals
Take personal ownership of closing complex inbound sales calls (whole house fans, insulation) and lead by example
Execute a high-level "rehash" strategy, turning cold estimates into hot revenue
Ensure that every job sold maintains pricing integrity and supports the company's financial health
Qualification
Required
Hunter Mentality: You have an undeniable track record of closing sales and driving revenue. You don't wait for business to come to you; you go get it
Collaborative Drive: You want to win, but you know you can't win alone. You thrive in a 'bullpen' environment, constantly communicating with operations and service teams to get deals across the finish line
Leadership DNA: You can rally a team, provide tough feedback, and inspire others to level up
Technical Aptitude: You can quickly master complex home systems (HVAC, Electrical, Air Sealing) and translate that knowledge into sales authority
Data-Driven: Proficiency with CRM dashboards is required; experience with Service Titan is highly preferred. You know your numbers and you know how to move them
