Responsibilities
Support and facilitate the application and hiring process for job candidates, including screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating on-site and virtual interviews, and coordinating selection debriefs
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Create an exceptional candidate experience with friendly, helpful, and respectful treatment of all applicants promoting HNI Workplace Furnishings as a destination employer
Ensure consistent and efficient candidate evaluation and hiring decisions through established work processes
Utilize various platforms such as ATS, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. to proactively source talent for the organization
Manage talent acquisition branding, including job postings, partnering with brand marketing on social media marketing campaigns and additional branding and/or marketing initiatives as needed to support hiring needs and events
Craft thoughtful and thorough job descriptions ensuring alignment to core functions and evaluate for appropriate pay grade
May attend external/community recruitment events to promote HNI Workplace Furnishings and job openings
Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a talent acquisition role with demonstrated experience sourcing talent
