Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture-Understands High availability (HA) concepts, disaster recovery (DR) and security frameworks
Support -Understand customer support and can be mentored on Mount Sinai best practices
Training-Acquires foundational self-directed learning as prescribed by their leader
Escalations-Quickly engages to assist on an escalation
Technical Expertise-Has a willingness to learn and can be educated on foundational architectural concepts as they pertain to their job role
Professionalism-Professional demeanor and willing to be an understudy to learn from senior staff
Operational duties-Can take ticket assignments, complete them with appropriate communication and documentation
Project Delivery -Can be assigned project tasks and can effectively communicate comfort levels and complete them as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Entry-level Technician (PCCET)
Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
3+ years' experience managing IT infrastructure systems preferred
Beginner level certification in an infrastructure domain desired
Experience with managing hybrid data center environments preferred
