Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to existing partners

Perform processing of applications of over 250 accounts per month

Ensuring all transferred titles are date titles filed accurately and promptly for vehicle sales at auctions with little to no issues

Update account information and complete appropriate documentation to ensure accurate title is received

Proactively resolving issues across multiple accounts to prevent them from entering a "Past Due" status

Contribute to rotationally working all incoming emails received daily and prepare all applications to be sent out to multiple states daily
